College Bound Essentials: PSAT-ACT-SAT Preparation
Score Higher – With Less Effort and Less Time
PSAT-ACT-SAT-Skills (PASS) – We have complete programs for Basic, Advanced, and Personalized Training in Test-Taking-Techniques that have proven to increase scores. We differ significantly from other programs in that we do not take 30-60 hours to reteach high school. We focus on teaching the student how to “beat the test,” and we can show the student how to “beat the test” in as little as two hours. The time commitment to learn these techniques and practice them is a fraction of the time required to do other prep programs, and with better results!
We recommend students:
- Start taking these tests early – as early as the 6th grade.
- Take each test once each year for grades 6-8, and take the PSAT each year and the SAT and ACT each semester for grades 9-10.
Take both the SAT and ACT so we can figure out which test is better for the student.
This gives the student excellent experience and knowledge of the test and testing environment, and allows them to learn how to score higher better, faster, and easier. Start formal PSAT/ACT/PSAT prep the summer between the 10th and 11th grade, and continue practicing and prepping after that until you get the scores you want.
NOTE: Please don’t believe any myths about these tests. You can take the tests as early and as often as you want (ACT limits you to 12 times), and colleges will always take your highest score, regardless of how many times you take it. Please don’t believe any myths to the contrary.
